A quest to the sacred, natural places and mythologised landscapes of Britain. The authors share their quest to many of Albion's magical, natural sacred places. Across England, Wales and Scotland they sought to connect with the spirit of the place. They chanted, drummed, dowsed and meditated to re-enchant these numinous locations. These include waterfalls, fairy glens, forests, rocks, dark caves and wilderness. It was to such places that early hunter gatherers and shamans came to connect with Spirit. They look into Albion's myths and how people were once deeply connected to nature and advocate that mankind has over complicated spirituality since the Mesolithic. They make a passionate plea that natural places should be visited today, to revere the ancestors and connect with nature elementals, dragon energies and the spirit of Merlin and King Arthur, with a view to offer healing to the land.
